Hi there! I’m so glad you’re here. My name is Heather, and I’m a self-taught entrepreneur, agency owner, and business coach. I’ve built and scaled multiple service-based businesses from the ground up - but my path wasn’t as polished as it may look from the outside.

But here’s the part most people leave out - and the part that matters most.
I did burn myself out.
I took on too much, too fast.
I didn’t always know what to say no to, or how to build in a way that was sustainable for my nervous system - not just my income.
And that’s exactly why I do things differently now.
I don’t believe in glorifying hustle, overwork, or “figure it out as you go” chaos - especially in the VA and agency space. There are ways to build successfully without frying your nervous system or losing yourself in the process.
